Zhaoye Privacy Choices
Privacy Choices for Zhaoye.
1. Choices before use
Before sign-in, verification, an Apple-channel purchase, system notification, or a cloud-product capability begins, Zhaoye presents the applicable User Agreement and Privacy Policy and keeps your choice. You may decline or decide later; a consent-dependent sign-in does not start after refusal.
Settings always provides the app User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Third-Party Services notice, this Privacy Choices notice, and account deletion. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful earlier processing or sign you out of the current session; you will be asked again before a later sign-in.
2. System permissions
- Notifications: used for a session that needs you, membership status, sharing, and security. Turn them off in the app and system settings. The synchronized notification center remains available without system push.
- Photos, files, and camera: called through the system picker only when you choose to paste an image, upload, download, save, share, or scan. The app should not crawl the whole photo or file library in the background.
- Local network and connectivity: used to connect an authorized Kite machine and Lumenlan cloud service. Connection state, IP, and errors may support security and troubleshooting. Refusal affects dependent features.
- Biometrics or device passcode: where the OS protects secure storage or verifies a sensitive action, the OS processes the result. Lumenlan does not receive a fingerprint or face template.
3. Account, Apple sign-in, and purchases
Choose a country calling code and phone number or system Sign in with Apple on a supported Apple device. An unknown Apple identity first requires linking an existing verified phone account or a second confirmation to create a new account. Before that choice, no user, registration reward, or signed-in session is created.
Use system subscription management to view or cancel an Apple-channel renewal and the app to view Lumenlan benefits. The channel and Platform jointly fulfil purchase and refund status. Deleting the app or Lumenlan account does not necessarily cancel a channel subscription.
4. Notifications, cache, and diagnostics
- Notification read state and unread count synchronize among the app, web, and service. Notifications use only the short text needed for the reminder and do not include a complete question, terminal content, or file content.
- Turn off a product category or system notification and clear app data from the device. Sign-in credentials are kept in system secure storage; offline mode can show recently synchronized state and updates automatically after reconnection.
- Necessary diagnostics investigate crash, network, and notification faults. Before contacting support, remove terminal content, files, phone numbers, sign-in credentials, and other data unrelated to the issue.
5. Content, remote terminal, and third parties
Content reaches the relevant service only when you enter a Kite session, send terminal input, upload an image/file, open an archive, or accept a share. Terminal and file actions can change a remote device; review before sending and back up important data.
Apple, the operating system, human-verification service, app store, notification network, and an external app you open process data under their rules. Current triggers and information ranges appear in the Third-Party Services notice.
6. Access, withdrawal, deletion, and contact
- Manage notifications, devices, sessions, sharing, agreement and privacy choices, and product authorization in app settings; manage permissions and Apple or app-store subscriptions in system settings.
- Request, view, or withdraw pending shared-account deletion in Account & Security. See Platform Account Deletion for the effects.
- For privacy choice, access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or appeal, contact privacy@lumenlan.com. For service support, contact support@lumenlan.com.
