Deerlight User Agreement

1. Scope and acceptance

This agreement is between you and 南京灵澜智能科技有限公司 (“Lumenlan,” “we,” or “us”) for your use of Deerlight. By checking the confirmation before sign-in, you acknowledge this agreement and the linked Privacy Policy and Third-Party Services notice.

You must have the legal capacity required to enter this agreement. If you cannot independently enter it under local law, a guardian must review and consent to it and guide your use. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it and are responsible for its use.

If you do not agree, you may choose not to sign in. Where the product offers a consent control, you may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or sign you out of the current session; you will be asked again before a later sign-in.

2. Accounts, identity, and security

• Provide accurate, usable authentication information that you control. Protect verification codes, passwords, information that keeps you signed in, device approvals, and integration keys; do not sell, lend, or bypass identity checks.
• Choose the country or region code first, then enter the phone number without its international prefix.
• If you find an unauthorized sign-in, device, payment, or remote action, revoke the relevant session and contact support@lumenlan.com. You remain responsible for risk caused by deliberately sharing credentials, an unlocked device, or terminal permissions.
• We may retain the account, device, session, and audit records needed for abuse prevention, security investigation, and fulfilment, and may rate-limit, pause, or re-verify clearly abnormal requests.

3. What Deerlight provides

• Create shelves and projects; import documents, text, public code repositories, or authorized Kite context; and maintain source ledgers, versions, candidate facts, knowledge vaults, and skill attachments.
• Use Lumenlan intelligent services to extract, retrieve, and organize knowledge. AI-generated candidates, evidence, and suggestions require review by you or an authorized collaborator.
• After your express authorization, delegate maintenance or organization work to Kite and let compatible tools use the relevant capabilities within the project permissions you grant.

4. Your content, permissions, and actions

You keep your rights in content that you lawfully upload, enter, import, or generate. To provide, protect, and improve the functions you request, you grant us a limited license during service delivery to host, transmit, transform, index, display, and make technical copies as necessary. This license does not transfer ownership.

Imported material, knowledge candidates, source evidence, skills, and delegated results may contain third-party rights, trade secrets, or personal information. Confirm that you may process and share them, and review them before publishing, adopting, or writing them back.

You must not submit unlawful or infringing material; attack, scan, or disrupt our or another person’s systems; evade quotas, permissions, review, or security controls; or use the service for fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or unauthorized data access.

5. AI output and automation limits

AI, agent, knowledge-extraction, and automation results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased and may suggest actions that change code, files, terminals, or external resources. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for lawful inputs, selecting an appropriate model or tool, reviewing evidence and output, and testing before adoption, publication, code submission, or execution. Do not rely solely on automation for personal safety, significant assets, production systems, or regulated decisions.

6. Paid services, renewals, refunds, and entitlements

Some features require membership, an activation code, an in-app purchase, or another paid benefit. Price, term, auto-renewal status, trial, tax, and included features are shown at purchase and in the order confirmation. App Store or other channel purchases are also governed by that channel’s rules.

For an auto-renewing purchase, cancel through the original channel before its next billing date. Cancellation generally does not reverse a period already started. Refunds, reversals, plan changes, expiry, and payment failure affect entitlements according to applicable law, purchase disclosures, channel rules, and actual fulfilment.

Do not use refunds, replay, activation-code resale, or payment disputes to obtain duplicate entitlements. If order and entitlement status differ, contact support with the order identifier. We will not ask you to deliver a verification code or password through an unofficial channel.

7. Third-party services and external systems

When you choose the relevant feature, the service may use operating-system, sign-in, payment, notification, SMS, cloud-storage, AI, code-hosting, or local-agent capabilities. Categories, purposes, and triggers appear in the Third-Party Services notice.

Third parties provide their services independently under their own terms, and we do not fully control their availability, content, or security practices. When connecting an account, repository, device, or notification service, review the permission and revoke access that is no longer needed.

8. Intellectual property, feedback, and branding

Lumenlan software, interfaces, marks, documentation, and content supplied by us are protected under applicable intellectual-property rules. Except under an open-source license or written permission, do not copy or rent them, circumvent security controls, or impersonate an official service.

You may voluntarily provide feedback. We may use it to improve products without identifying you or disclosing your confidential content. Do not submit feedback that contains another person’s rights or confidential information.

9. Changes, interruption, and termination

We may adjust functions, support, and limits for security, compliance, technical evolution, or business needs and will use a reasonable notice method for changes that materially affect your rights. Maintenance, networks, offline devices, third-party failures, and force majeure may interrupt service.

You may stop use and delete an account or data through available product controls. We may restrict or terminate features for serious illegality, infringement, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or repeated breach, and where practicable explain the reason and appeal route.

10. Liability boundaries and disputes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures but do not promise uninterrupted service, universally correct output, or fitness for your specific purpose. Liability that law does not allow us to exclude remains unaffected; other responsibility is determined under applicable law and the actual cause of loss.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. First contact support@lumenlan.com to seek an agreed resolution. If unresolved, either party may seek relief from a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. You may also appeal account restrictions, content handling, payment, or privacy decisions; we will verify identity before acting.
