Lumenlan Platform Account Deletion

1. Entry point and verification

Use Account & Security in Lumenlan Platform or Zhaoye to request deletion of the shared account and to view or withdraw a pending request. If you cannot sign in, contact support@lumenlan.com. We require sufficient proof of identity and account control to prevent impersonation.

Deleting the shared account is different from signing out, removing a device cache, cancelling a subscription, or deleting one product’s content. First cancel any auto-renewal that must be managed separately and export data you need where a product supports export.

2. Pending stage and withdrawal

To prevent mistakes and coordinate cross-product cleanup, a request first enters the pending stage shown in the account interface. The displayed deadline is authoritative; this notice does not make a potentially inaccurate fixed-period promise. You can withdraw during that stage after re-verification.

After irreversible cleanup starts, account access, sign-in credentials, and device authorizations are revoked and the former account and content may not be recoverable. A late device or third-party response does not reactivate a deleted account.

3. Effects of deletion

• End shared account access to Platform, App, Kite, Deerlight, and other dependent products, and revoke refresh sessions, device credentials, and applicable cross-product authorizations.
• Delete or de-identify active profile, notification, device, session-index, sharing, project, and content data attributable to the account, subject to each product’s technical capability, shared relationships, and your organization permissions.
• Where available and applicable, an account linked through Apple enters Apple credential revocation. Deleting Lumenlan does not delete your Apple, WeChat, app-store, agent-vendor, or other third-party account.
• Unused entitlement, points, activation codes, membership periods, and purchased digital content follow the purchase terms, applicable law, and actual fulfilment. Account deletion is not automatically a third-party-channel refund and does not automatically cancel a channel-managed renewal.
• Material you shared, a copy lawfully held by another person, public material, or data written to an external repository or device may not be removable by Lumenlan alone. Contact the recipient or external service as well.

4. Account merging is not deletion

When an unknown Apple identity is linked to an existing phone account, the verified phone account survives. If security conditions are met, a historical account used only with Apple can transfer balance, benefits, notifications, devices, and related credentials, and its sign-in state is revoked. This prevents account fragmentation and is not a voluntary deletion of the shared account.

We do not merge based on a name, ordinary email address, or a private email address supplied by Apple. If two sign-in methods point to different accounts, no change is made until support verifies the surviving account. Registration rewards are not duplicated by an account merge or retry.

5. Lawful and security retention

Records necessary for payment, refund, anti-fraud, security, audit, dispute resolution, or legal duties may remain in a restricted environment and be used only for those purposes. Backup copies stay isolated and leave through normal rotation; they do not restore a sign-in account or return to ordinary marketing use.

We complete cross-product deletion or de-identification in stages where feasible. Complex sharing, an offline device, external cloud storage, a third-party channel, or lawfully retained information may require staged processing. The interface or support response provides status where available.

6. Appeals, privacy requests, and contact

If a request is refused, status is abnormal, or you believe data remains without justification, contact privacy@lumenlan.com. For access and orders, contact support@lumenlan.com. We verify identity, scope, and the retention ground and provide an available explanation or remedy.
