Deerlight

Deerlight is a knowledge base shared by you and your AI assistants. What you write here is available to your assistants, and what they organize can be saved here as well. Change computers or assistants and the knowledge remains.

What it solves

If you work with AI assistants often, these problems are probably familiar:

  • You have to explain the same context again. A new session means repeating project history, team conventions, and lessons already learned.
  • Knowledge is scattered. Some is trapped in an old conversation, some in a local file, and some only in your memory.
  • Changing machines breaks continuity. An assistant on your workstation does not know what you taught the one on your laptop.

Deerlight gathers that context in one place that both you and your assistants can read and maintain. You organize it in the web app while assistants use the same source directly.

What is inside

ProjectsOrganize work by project. Projects can contain subprojects, and parent conventions remain available below them.
DocumentsDurable material such as designs, conventions, and runbooks. Every edit creates a version you can revisit.
SkillsReusable ways of working for AI assistants. Maintain one source and let each assistant receive its own format.
ReviewKnowledge proposed by assistants becomes official only after you review it.
SearchOne search box for documents and approved knowledge.

Where to begin

If this is your first visit, follow Getting started. It takes about five minutes.

If you only want to connect an assistant, go straight to Connect an AI assistant.
